In today’s vernacular, this movie will definitely appeal to the “Ok, Boomer” audience. All my movie viewing team and myself, loved this movie.
I have been a fan of Dame Helen Mirren since 1986 when she was in one of my favourite movies “The Mosquito Coast”. And of course, she was perfect in her role in “The Queen” which gave her an Oscar. She was a major draw for me to see this movie. She did not disappoint.
This flic keeps you awake right to the end. It is “The Colonel Mustard in the library with the knife” type of movie. You start to figure something is fishy, about the half way mark. My wife whispered her suspicion earlier, but I was still in denial.
My only disappointment tonight was the lack of a full theatre tonight. Trust me, you will like this movie. A four popcorn bag review.
